Gmail is one of the most popular free email services for personal and business usage. When you send an email with a signature, the receiver can easily identify the sender of an email. it is a good practice to send the Emails with your friends, colleagues or business with a signature.

How to Setup Signature in Gmail on Computer
1. On your Windows or Mac computer, open a browser and navigate to mail.google.com
2. In the top right corner of Gmail, click on the option “Settings.”
3. Select the option “See all settings.”
4. Scroll down and under the Signature section, click on the option “Create new.”
5. Give the name of your new signature and click on the option “Create.”
6. In the text field, update your signature with the required details of
- Name
- Contact Information
- Image
- Favorite Quote, etc.
7. Update the Signature defaults for
- For new Email user
- On reply/Forward use
8. After maintaining the signature details, click on “Save changes” to save the updated signature details.
How to Create a Gmail Signature on iPhone/ iPad
1. On your iPad or iPhone mobile, open a Gmail app
2. On the top left side of Gmail, Tap on the menu
3. Scroll down and tap on the option “Settings.”
4. Under the settings menu, select the account that you would like to create a signature
5. Tap on the option “Signature Settings.”
6. Under signature settings, switch on the settings for the mobile signature
7. Now, add your Gmail signature and tap on the back icon to save the details.

1. On your Android Mobile or tablet, open a Gmail App
2. In the top left side of Gmail, click on the menu three horizontal lines
